The Angel Investor Program is a collaboration between ROM Utrecht Region and Nyenrode Business University, designed to help you invest in startups with greater confidence and impact.

More entrepreneurs, executives and private investors are investing in startups. But successful angel investing requires more than capital. How do you select the right startups, make well-informed investment decisions and increase your chances of creating value?

The Angel Investor Program gives you the knowledge, skills and strategy to invest with greater confidence and structure. Combining academic insights, real-world cases and the experience of seasoned investors, you learn how to assess opportunities, use AI effectively throughout the investment process and add value to your portfolio companies.
