As a junior developer at Autogrowth, you will have the opportunity to grow, challenging projects and help develop the company. For junior developers, we have a training programme and training opportunities to help them develop (Develop the developer)! In addition, you'll gain immediate confidence on a job, under the guidance of a medior developer. Our jobs focus on automating business processes of SMEs (so they can grow faster), and helping them with Data handling, business intelligence and a piece of AI. Although, besides SMEs, we also serve Douwe Egberts, for example.

Currently a student and want to really learn on the job than just perform basic tasks. That is possible with us. As a working student developer, you will simply join our development team, be active in our scrum meetings and work with the customer. Part of the team and for a good salary (15.05 euros per hour + holiday pay).
You will mainly be involved in automating business processes (app development, APIs, databases and the Microsoft stack). With this, you are a key contributer to the growth of our customers and immediately see your impact of your work.

As a Technical Sales engineer you will be responsible for our local resellers and service partners. As a sales marketing intern at Your Next Concepts you have the possibility to learn more about the various aspects of sales and marketing. Depending on your education, we make sure that your internship fits your learning objectives. Your Next Concepts develops software products which allows educational institutions to organise the education of the future. As a projectmanager you make sure that the implementation of our products runs smoothly. You do this by acting as an advisor on how educational institutions can use our product in a way that best suits their internal processes. Furthermore, by planning ahead you are able to reach the discussed targets and appointments. During an implementation phase, it is your job to be aware of and react to the changing needs. BPM Company is an IT organization that optimizes and digitizes business processes with the Pega software platform. Depending on the training institution, a graduation period with us lasts between 5-9 months and 32-40 hours per week.
In terms of graduation internships, we can go in various directions within BPM Company, provided it is in relation to Business Process Management and/or Pega. We deliberately do not formulate specific assignments in advance. This of course gives you space to come up with your own ideas and wishes. We would like to see you formulate your own assignment/research and are of course happy to help you fine-tune it.

BPM Company is an IT organization that optimizes and digitizes business processes with the Pega software platform. We do this ourselves and for our customers. Especially for starters, we offer a traineeship in collaboration with our customers in which you will obtain your Pega certifications under supervision and work in an Agile project team at the customer.
The traineeship consists of a total of 15 months and is divided into 2 periods. The first period (3 months) is focused on obtaining Pega certifications. The second period (12 months) includes working in an Agile project team at one of our customers, in which you as a team are responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Pega applications. After your traineeship you will receive a permanent contract and there are career opportunities.

This is used by recruiters, funding agencies (to find people that can review applications) and by researchers in universities to scout for new collaboration partners and for new literature.
There are a lot of activities where you can support the current marketing and/or sales efforts. Like targeting new prospects, creating content for our marketing efforts, designing marketing material, designing the landing page of the website, working on SEO, following up with prospects, keep up good relationships with existing customers. But there’s also room for something you would like to learn or experience as long as there is a link with the aims we have for our marketing and sales processes.

This is used by recruiters, funding agencies (to find people that can review applications) and by researchers in universities to scout for new collaboration partners and for new literature.
In order to find relevant experts, we make use of the open source data of OpenAlex. In this data we can find relevant matches for our users and might even find (work) e-mail addresses. Even though OpenAlex publishes this under CC0 license, it is very unlikely that every academic in the world is aware that their details are shared through platforms like ours. In practice, people seems to be enthusiastic and don’t really seem to care about this data being shared. However, in a strict interpretation of the GDPR it could be a problem. This is not only a balancing act for us, but for multiple players in the field. The tension between open science (where we want everyone to share and publish everything as much as possible) and privacy laws are still a bit unexplored and unknown.
As a junior electrical engineer at Planetpod, you will play a crucial role in our battery development project.
You will be involved in the exciting and entire prototyping phase leading to the final product.
Your responsibilities will include selecting various types of batteries and power electronics, build and test prototypes, iterate on your clever solutions. Collaboratively, we will refine the design and select the necessary power electronics and PCBs, or even design a new clever PCB for our battery control.
